$30,000 raised so far, thank you from Darren’s Ride!
We say a huge thank you to a very generous and special anonymous donor who has made an amazing donation of $2,415 to Darren’s Ride today, taking us over our $30,000 target. Thank you so much on behalf of Motor Neurone Disease Association of WA and MND Australia, it really means so very much to all of those who knew and loved Darren that this fantastic amount will help others in his name.

We say a huge thank you to Debbie and her team from Sensations Cafe for all the help given to Darren’s Ride in displaying for sale Robin’s beautiful artwork. With proceeds of art sales and collection tin, a total of $758.70 was raised for Darren’s Ride to help others in their fight back against MND. All proceeds to Motor Neurone Disease Association of WA and the MNDRIA, the research arm of MND Australia.

Our recent fashion event at Blue Illusion Garden City Booragoon store has raised a further $493. With raffle proceeds of $335.75 a total of over $828 was donated by Blue Illusion and their lovely customers. Thank you all so much, we hope you all enjoy your lovely french inspired goodies. A huge merci to the lovely store manager Michelle and her gorgeous team!

Retail therapy for Darren’s Ride…
Save the date, our next Blue Illusion fashion event is happening Saturday 18/02/2017 from 12PM to 3PM at Blue Illusion Booragoon. 15% of all sales will be donated to the Darren’s Ride campaign, raising much needed funds for support services and research through Motor Neurone Disease Association of WA and The Motor Neurone Disease Research Institute of Australia (MNDRIA), the research arm of MND Australia.

We are so very grateful for this ongoing support, which gives us all a fun day out enjoying some French style retail therapy and styling advice whilst we raise money to fund research and support services through MND Australia and Motor Neurone Disease Association of WA, helping others in their fight back against MND.

Open Garden by Geographe Bay…
If you are lucky enough to be in the Busselton area Sunday 30/10/2016, get along to the Open Garden event being held by the Bay Garden Club in honour of their friend and member Clair at corner Geographe Bay Road and Gale Street from 10am to 4pm.
Three beautiful gardens will be open to the public, with entry on the day only $5. There will be a variety of stalls, raffles, auctions and home made morning tea and lunch available, with all proceeds being donated to a cause very close to Darren’s Ride heart, Motor Neurone Disease research.
So please if you can, pop down for a lovely Spring day out on the beautiful Busselton foreshore and help to raise some more money for Clair, and for Darren, and for all those others fighting back against MND…
