Open Garden by Geographe Bay…
If you are lucky enough to be in the Busselton area Sunday 30/10/2016, get along to the Open Garden event being held by the Bay Garden Club in honour of their friend and member Clair at corner Geographe Bay Road and Gale Street from 10am to 4pm.
Three beautiful gardens will be open to the public, with entry on the day only $5. There will be a variety of stalls, raffles, auctions and home made morning tea and lunch available, with all proceeds being donated to a cause very close to Darren’s Ride heart, Motor Neurone Disease research.
So please if you can, pop down for a lovely Spring day out on the beautiful Busselton foreshore and help to raise some more money for Clair, and for Darren, and for all those others fighting back against MND…

Thanks to everyone in the ever expanding “Community of Darren” for helping us to raise an amazing amount of over $23,000. Your support is so very greatly appreciated. It is only through fundraising such as this that medical research can continue to help find the cause and a cure for MND. It is also so very important that we help others in their battle with this most dreadful disease.
Thank you all for helping to keep Darren’s Ride going.
Every little bit you can spare really does make a big difference.
A little bit of “Hope” can bring a lot of happiness…
These gorgeous girls loved the MND “Hope” puppies their lovely mum bought them from Darren’s Ride at the R2Rsports Busselton Spring Running Festival yesterday.
Despite the non Spring like weather, it was a great day, well done to all the competitors, volunteers and organisers. Darren’s Ride especially thanks all those who came to see us in the merchandise tent, and generously added to our funds tally for Motor Neurone Disease Association of WA and MNDRIA, the research arm of MND Australia. A special thanks also to the guys and girls from Busselton State Emergency Service for their help on the day.
Darren’s Ride is nudging our next fund raising target of $25,000, go to our website http://darrensride.com.au/ to check the tally and you can always make a little donation while you are there!
